Hey readers,
So its been a minute since we last updated y’all on the blog but in the past few days a lot has happened. The only way to tell this story is from the beginning so here goes.
Long ago on a cold winter night in the year of 1997 two immigrants from the urban jungle of Shanghai conceived a young boy on accident. 22 years later this same boy finds himself in the town of Moab on the day of August 10th, 2019. After a day of hiking and seeing some of the most beautiful sights known to this side of the Mississippi he sits at a picnic table outside the towns local grocery store with his band of friends. Several chicken wings and bagels later they are approached by a vagrant man introducing himself by the name of Rodney Reindeer.
A man sent on a mission by god Rodney has set out to bike across the continental United States. He had an interesting story to tell including the part where he mentioned buying an electric Yamaha piano from tweakers and doing meth when tired from biking. Insane to the point where he’s convinced himself he’s not but which has led to an interesting take on life the man had a lot to say. Alas we had little time to listen.
And so on the road again! And to our new destination of Denver in the Colorado Rockies. We met up with a friend by the name of Reily and enjoyed a much overdue and needed shower.
The next day, driving up into the mountains of the Colorado Rockies the Asian and the Gay each ate a shroom while surrounded by the beauty of the mountains. Emotions ensued by the Asian.
Later that night the group attended a Colorado Rockies baseball game. Long story short, beer was drunk and they ended up meeting and going to a bar with a group of like situated travelers staying in a local hostel in Denver. The trio of travelers can be described as the Amsterdam dutch, the Strayan hipster, and a quaint Michigan man with a personality of unsalted dough.
Our intrepid travelers are as we speak driving to the state of Kansas. What awaits them there? Only time will tell.
